Ingredients

A lighter, aperitivo-side companion to Quintessentia, built on the same Nonino grape distillate base and infused with alpine and Mediterranean botanicals, with gentian and citrus doing the bittering.

History of the Brand

The Nonino family has distilled in Percoto since 1897 and changed grappa's reputation in 1973 by distilling single grape varieties.

Quintessentia Amaro followed, using the family's ÙE grape distillate as a base instead of neutral spirit — the detail that made it a bartender staple.

BotanicalDrink extends that thinking downward in proof and bitterness, aimed at the spritz hour rather than the end of dinner.

It is one of the few aperitivi whose base spirit carries real barrique character.
