Ingredients
An alpine-leaning maceration of mountain herbs, roots and citrus, named for the Sacra di San Michele that looms over the Val di Susa.
History of the Brand
Antica Torino was founded in 2015 by a group of young Turinese determined to rebuild the city's aromatized-wine and amaro tradition from archival recipes.
The house made its name with vermouth di Torino before turning to bitters and amari drawn from the same nineteenth-century Piedmontese playbook.
Amaro della Sacra takes its name from the tenth-century abbey above the Val di Susa — a nod to the alpine herbs that define the blend.
